I am registered as an individual. How can I view information for my organization/corporation on the Voya for Professionals site?

If I forget my Password, what do I do?
If you forgot your Password, you can select forgot password on the log in page. After you have entered your User ID and successfully answered your security questions, an email with your new temporary password will be sent to your email address on record. Please note this password is a one time use only password and you will automatically be prompted to change this password the next time you log in to Voya for Professionals.

If I forget my User ID, what do I do?
If you forgot your User ID, you can select forgot User ID on the log in page. After you have successfully answered your security questions, an email with your User ID will be sent to your email address on record.

Can I change my Password?
Yes, you can change your password any time by navigating to the My Profile page and selecting Change Password. After changing your password and selecting save changes, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Can I change my security questions?
Yes, you can change your security questions by navigating to the My Profile page and selecting Change Security Questions. After you have selected your new security questions, entered your answers and selected save changes, a confirmation message will be displayed.

What does the Voya for Professionals do with my information?
Information gathered by Voya for Professionals about its registered users is never sold to outside organizations. Your privacy is very important to us, as is safeguarding your personal information. Please review Voya's Privacy Promise for more information.

I am registered as an individual. How can I view information for my organization/corporation on the Voya for Professionals site?
All organization/corporation accounts on Voya for Professionals must have an individual Access Owner. The Access Owner must accept responsibility not to share their login information and to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the organization/corporation information. The Access Owner is able to permit others within the organization to access the information that is available to you today on Voya for Professionals by using the delegate authority function.
